
Part 1 – Sales Administration
The Sales Administration team, also known as Internal Sales, looks after national customers and international distributors and subsidiaries from our global headquarters. It also supports the German field sales team as well as business managers in their day-to-day business.
This begins with the maintenance of all price lists and provision of the quotation tool and extends to support for tenders. Our business managers can also avail of support in this department for drafting contracts with distributors. The goals and conditions agreed in this way are managed in Sales Administration. In addition, international distributors and subsidiaries are also supported by the issuing of both product information and also important official documents for international sales.
Sales Administration organizes product demos that take place on site at the hospital and coordinates the demo devices used for this purpose.
The internal sales team also organizes numerous trade fairs and conferences in Germany and hosts these together with the German field sales team.
Our CRM Salesforce plays a very important role for this sales unit. As a result, employees are entrusted with the important task of continuously developing the system and constantly optimizing the processes.
In order to also remain in regular personal contact, the Global Sales team members meet regularly during the sales meetings to promote exchanges between the internal and field sales teams.
