Part 2: Tender & Pricing

 

The Tender & Pricing team is a central component of the Global Sales department and has three members: Claudia Müller, Kevin Donner and Tobias Salmen.

Together with the German sales force, the team is responsible for successful participation in national tenders. The employees search for new tenders, perform the review and technical processing of tender documents and submit the completed tender. They are in regular contact with such internal departments as Service and Product Management as well as external institutions to ensure that the necessary documents such as certificates, declarations and attestations are prepared or requested.

In addition, the Tender & Pricing team ensures the provision and optimization of user-friendly and standardized tools for price calculation and quotation preparation that are used by the German sales force in their day-to-day business.

In addition, the team supports the introduction of new merchandise in the company in close coordination with the Service, Product Management and Regulatory Affairs departments and is therefore jointly responsible for sales processes relating to pricing, price list updates and product updates.

Finally, the three-person team also supports international business managers and dealers with technical inquiries and forwards customer inquiries to the relevant regions.
